he was talented and enjoyed drawing images from his memory. Hoween never stops fueling his passion as a creative individual. After graduating from St. James High School he was employed as an electrician at Rose Hall Developments Limited (RHDL) but he continued to fuel his creative sensibility within the work environment, and by doing so his employer Mrs. Michelle Rollins (RHDL - Chairwoman) learned of his talent. As part of his creative journey, he contributed pieces of his paintings to the Rose Hall Holiday Charity Ball (2011-2013), to help raise funds in aid of the SOS Children’s Village. Hoween remained a humble youngster as always and very soon he was awarded a full scholarship to study visual arts at the Edna Manley College courtesy of Mrs. Rollins and Rose Hall in 2019. Hoween was excited to take up the mantle and proceeded with his artistic yearnings. Besides creating art Hoween enjoys playing football, and volleyball, and taking inspirational nature walks.
